WHAT IS ZUMBA
ZUMBA is a latin melodious dance-fitness course which is performed by using dancing steps that are dynamic, excting, enthusiastic, humming songs. To conclude, ZUMBA is a cardio programme which is consisted of associating dance and fitness. Each of the ZUMBA course is like a party and attendants burn off calories, learn dance steps and have fun after the course ends. Zumba fitness started its activities after giving an education with certificate to the trainers in Hillside Sport Club by Beto Perez in 2009 in our country. After that many of our friends finished their education and made ZUMBA known in our country and made it active. ZUMBA is known by many people today and it made many people's lives better and caused addiction...
ZUMBA is a fitness programme who does not like to make sport with machines and equipments.
